- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had the worst vacation ever. I will never return. After I got home, unpacked all my stuff. Found bed bugs and a dead roach in my bag. Before I arrived at this motel, I called to see what my room had; the manger was extremely rude which should have been a red flag than. I got there and she was cocky when I mention to her my sink was not working. I looked around and seen my room was dirty. I knew they wouldn't return my money, so I tried to ride it out. Thursday I couldn't take it. Microwave was dirty, floor was dirty, had dirt on floor everywhere. My son's and my feet were black. I complained. Told manger, she apologized and sent another person to clean. I thought this lady cleaned because it smelled cleaned. All she did was frebreeze my room and mopp with a swifter. Did a half fast job. Seriously? What did I pay for? Manger gave me 3 meal tickets and allowed my son's dad to stay at no cost. Seem like she was bribing me and trying to be nice for whatever her reasons. I appreciate her for trying to be nice if there was good intentions, or if she just did this so I wouldn't write a bad review. This motel should be shut down. It is not clean. The staff is extremely rude. They have bed bugs. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!By Jessica Cacia, November 02, 2016
